1. Processing Time: Orders placed before 12pm AEST will typically be dispatched on the same working day. During busy periods, processing may take 2-3 business days. 

2. Shipping Rates:  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer FREE Shipping on all orders Australia-wide over $100. For orders under $100 we offer flat-rate shipping for $5.99 Australia-wide. 

3. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within Australia. If you are located outside of this area and would like to place an order, please contact us for special arrangements.

4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Time Estimates: The estimated delivery time is 1-2 weeks, actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, for more regional locations it can take a bit longer.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages: Magneto Magnetic Bracelets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

7. Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
